In response to the outbreak of Covid-19 we would like to reassure our customers we are closely monitoring the changing UK Government guidelines and are following them accordingly. We are committed to prioritising the health and safety of our team members, and customers whilst still fulfilling orders.
Remote working & social distancing measures
We have provisions in place so that the majority of our team members (that are able to) can work from home. Any face-to-face visits or meetings now take place over the phone or by video call. All business travel has been put on hold unless urgent and team members have been encouraged to avoid non-essential personal travel.
Our couriers are loading and unloading pallets of our horse bedding using advised social distancing and no signatures are required or collected to reduce contact.
Orders & Delivery
At this present time, we do not anticipate any delays in fulfilling orders and we are hopeful this will continue. We still have plenty of stock for yourHorses and delivery is carrying on as normal. We will keep all our customers updated on any changes through social media and updates on our website.
