Tell us about your horse
His name is Filou and he is a competing 41 German Sports Pony.
How long have you been competing?
I started competing just over a year ago, but since Covid-19 hit, it’s been stalled a little.
How has lockdown affected your plans?
It’s meant we have done less eventing, but hasn’t stopped us from arena eventing, and we are planning to do more show jumping and dressage over the winter months to prepare for next season.
Have there been any benefits to lockdown?
Yes, I’ve built a good bond with Filou, having spent every day with him.
Will you pursue eventing as a career?
I’d like to do eventing alongside other things – it’s definitely something I always want to do.
How did you find out about Terravesta Equine?
I found Terravesta Equine on Instagram and was really interested in the strong sustainability credentials and ethics of the product.
What do you think are the best things about Terravesta Equine Miscanthus Horse Bedding?
I really like using it. It’s easy and is quick to muck out and it produces minimal waste. It’s also sustainable, UK-grown and carbon negative.
